WB Studio & Co. | Rescheduling Policy

At WB STUDIO & Co. we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. 
While we strive to adhere to our agreed-upon content schedule, we also aim to be flexible and accommodating when necessary. 

This policy outlines the guidelines for rescheduling photography social media content creation:
  • Notification Requirement:

    Clients must provide at least 48-72 hours' notice via text or phone call to reschedule a scheduled photography session or content creation day.

  • + If notice is given less than 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session fee may apply. This fee helps to cover costs associated with time allocation and potential lost opportunities.

    + Rescheduling with more than the required notice will generally not incur a fee.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, due to scheduling constraints and prior commitments, rescheduling may be subject to availability.

  • To ensure project timelines are maintained, we may limit the number of client-initiated reschedules to 2 per project. Further rescheduling may incur additional fees or require a re-evaluation of the project scope and timeline.

  • Rescheduled sessions or content creation days will be scheduled for the earliest mutually convenient time.

  • + In the event that WB STUDIO& CO. needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment malfunction, severe weather), we will provide the client with as much advance notice as possible via phone call and/or text

    + We will work diligently to reschedule the session or content creation day at the earliest mutually convenient time, without any additional cost to the client.

  • + All rescheduling requests must be confirmed in writing text message and/or email by WB STUDIO & Co. to be considered valid.

    + Repeated rescheduling by the client may impact project timelines and could potentially lead to adjustments in the overall project scope or fees.

    + We reserve the right to refuse a rescheduling request if it significantly disrupts our schedule or project workflow.

  • Open and timely communication is key to a smooth rescheduling process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate needing to reschedule.
